My blade smiths beginners set is designed to give you all the tongs you will need to start forging knives of all shapes and sizes, when you purchase this bundle you will receive a pair of each : 10mm tongs, knife makers tongs and 6mm flat bit tongs.

10mm tongs are perfect for holding welded handles on pattern weld billets, as well as holding tangs and thin blades.

Knife makers tongs are offset to allow you to hold a blade on edge at any point along its length, they are set to hold 30x 6 mm but can easily be adjusted to hold bigger or smaller stock.

6mm flat bit tongs are the perfect general purpose forging tongs for flat stock, allowing you to easily; pick up, quench and forge blades of all shapes and sizes.
